I've been in the aesthetic industry since 2004. I started on the business and operations side of the industry, working in administrative, clinic management, and practice leadership roles- I know what it feels like to be excellent at your craft and uncertain about your numbers.
I've watched brilliant injectors undercharge for their work, over-give to clients who don't return, and build practices that are busy but not profitable. That gap — between clinical skill and business structure — is where Tasha Talks Aesthetics was born.
Over the past four years, I've worked with more than 400 aesthetic professionals: medspa owners, nurse injectors, nurse practitioners, and physicians across the country. I've helped them build membership programs that retain clients year over year, design pricing that reflects their actual value, put systems in place that don't require their personal attention on every detail, and grow revenue — intentionally, not by accident.

It's the framework I wish someone had handed me years earlier.I work with a small number of clients at a time. That's not a scarcity tactic — it's how I do this well.
I'm also a mom of two. I built this business because I believe that building a profitable, well-run practice is one of the most powerful things a practitioner can do — for their clients, their team, and their family. You don't have to choose between excellence and sustainability.
